Kevin is President of A.S.K. Prospecting and Guiding, a globally operating, Newfoundland-based exploration service company. He is a co-recipient of the 2006 Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award and has over 16 years experience in the mineral industry.

John Ryan, CGA, CFO.
Position: Director
John is President of Spruce Ridge Resources, an Ontario based mineral exploration company focused on gold and uranium. He has over 30 years of corporate and financial management experience.

Stephen Stares
Position: Director
Stephen is President of Benton Resources Incorporated, an Ontario based mineral exploration company focused on nickel copper and PGE’s, and has over 15 years experience in the mineral industry.

Dean Fraser, P. Geo.
Position: Director
Dean is a professional geophysicist with 15 years national and international industry experience. He is currently the Exploration Manager for Bayswater Uranium, a global uranium explorer.
