Golden Dory Resources Limited
(“Golden Dory”) is a Newfoundland
and Labrador based junior mineral exploration company focused on
developing gold, base metal and uranium properties in
Newfoundland and Labrador. The mandate of the company is to acquire quality
properties and advance them expeditiously and cost effectively
through strategic partnerships and joint ventures with other
exploration companies. This strategy will allow Golden Dory to
continue to acquire and develop new grassroots properties while
at the same time retaining significant interests in a number of
advanced projects.

History
Golden Dory was incorporated under the
Corporations Act (Newfoundland
and Labrador) on December 5,
2006. The company is engaged in the business of mineral
exploration specifically in the province of Newfoundland
and Labrador. The principal
commodities targeted include uranium, gold and base metals. The
management and directors of Golden Dory are largely
Newfoundland-based professional geoscientists, prospectors and
businessmen all of whom have considerable expertise in the
mineral industry and the unique geology of
Newfoundland and Labrador.
