Golden Dory Resources (GDR: TSX.V, “Golden Dory” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered financing to issue up to C$1,505,000 in flow-through shares (the “FT Shares”) and non flow-through units (the “Units”).  The private placement will consist of 7,150,000 FT Shares issued at a price of $0.14 per FT Share and 4,200,000 Units issued at a price of $0.12 per Unit.  Each Unit shall consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire an additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.20 per common share for a period of 24 months from the date of close.  All shares issued pursuant to this financing will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from date of closing.

The proceeds of the Offering will be used to advance the Company’s gold and lithium properties with a primary focus on defining a resource estimate on the Huxter Lane – Brady gold property located in central Newfoundland.
The Company will pay a finders fee equal to 7% of the number of Flow-Through Shares and Units sold by qualified registrants who participate in the Offering and will also grant, as additional compensation, warrants equal to 7% of the number of Flow-Through Shares and Units sold by such finders under this Offering (the “Broker Warrants”). Each Broker Warrant will entitle the holder to subscribe for one common share at the exercise price of $0.20 for a period of 24 months from the date of closing.
